Have been adding some more of my older images to the website today and this was one of them. It is a sentimental one for me. I call it "Ghosts of Pussycats Past".
In preparation for a new floor, I had to scrape the old cork tiles off the concrete slab at the back of our house. They, and the slab itself, were laid by my parents some 30 years ago when we had a beautiful siamese boy called Cleo (Yes, a boy. Long story!) He was mine from the age of 2 until I was 20 when he died at the ripe old age of 18. What a lovely thing to find under those hideous old tiles but my boy’s footprints!
